While Elron has many positive attributes, I personally am not to happy with the results. After watching the movies and reading the books, the elf's seem to me to come off as somewhat egotistical, self righteous, pompous, jerks. If you are familiar with Tolkien's works, you know he has a whole back story on the creation of the universe where his stories takes place. And it paints a less than flattering picture of the elvish race.
They were the first sentient beings in the time frame of this story. The elfs considered all other races that came after them as inferior, even though the elves committed atrocities amongst their own race that were as bad or worse than any action that they used to judge others.
Oh well, I'm sure the creator of this test did not take all this into consideration.
